About Audio Note Taker
December 29, 2008 - Houston, TX. Version 1.1 of Audio Note Taker (ANT) was released today. Version 1.1 adds countless new features to the already robust recording application, including Wi-Fi Syncing with a nearby Mac, the ability to change audio quality settings (a feature helpful to those recording lectures or conferences), and a much improved interface.
Audio Note Taker stands out from the competition with its ability to organize recordings into folders, a feature helpful to both students and business professionals. With new and easily adjustable audio quality settings, the program can also perform in the busiest of environments.
Additionally, users can customize icons for each recording, allowing them to organize and manage their work even further (and with even greater control). The program features nine built-in icons, while also enabling users to create custom icons with their iPhone camera, or from their photo libraries.
With Wi-Fi Sync, a user can, with a few clicks of the mouse, transfer recordings from the iPhone onto a computer and into the user's iTunes library. From there, recordings can be played for a group or transferred to a disc or iPod.
Unlike the competition, which only allows for one recording method, Audio Note Taker offers two different approaches. A user can make a quick recording as soon as the application is launched by touching a single button, or the user can make a more detailed recording with a title and icon.
Audio Note Taker version 1.1 is available today (for free for 3 days) on Apple's App Store, in iTunes or on the iPhone.
